I have seen many of these titles on PBS, and own several of them. The Secret is something that no one can't benefit from, and all the Wayne Dyer stuff is good, as well as anything by Deepak Chopra.
What The Bleep Do We Know is an attempt to explain quantum physics in layman terms. It is fairly successful, with many visuals about how subatomic particles work. Newtonian physics, prescribed by Einstein does not work with the mechanics of the atom. The 4 forces of the natural universe cannot be explained by "big" physics and so quantum physics was discovered as humanity searched for the most basic building blocks of matter.
There are certain aspects of quantum physics that suggest that subatomic particles are AWARE that they are being watched during experiments, and BEHAVE DIFFERENTLY because they are being watched.
The implications of this possibility alone could open up a vast and controllable world, unknown because it is unseen. Worm holes that would allow space travel, different dimensions within the same space, the stoppage of time in black holes, all these things suggest realities exist that are unimaginable by most. If you have no idea what quantum physics is and you have an open mind, GET THIS MOVIE!
