Spirituality doesn't have to mean religious.

It is quite possible that there is but one Creator, one source of Infinite Intelligence, and each soul is a part of the one.

The religions all likely espouse the very same Creator. It is the ideologies who's roots are of worldly origin, and therein lies the difference.

The entire concept of an afterlife could boil down to a matter of awareness that must be cultivated on earth. The person dreaming while asleep most often is unaware of his existence even if he participates in it. A soul that is unaware of itself would likely have no more recall of the life it lived on earth than the sleeper awakening and remembering the dream. Become aware of the self that underlies the thought by learning to dream lucidly.

All deeds, good or bad, will be rewarded in kind, but the good ones will be paid back tenfold.
